Dwight Hicks

CEO
In more than 15 years at the helm, Hicks has taken Accurate Logistics from a small family-owned business into a regional force. The Westbury College (NY) graduate and Air Force veteran has a strong history of improving productivity and efficiency while keeping costs low and customer satisfaction high.

Kevin Russell

President
Russell brings a wealth of experience to Accurate Logistics, having previously served in the same role at Pronto Messenger Systems and Commonwealth Courier Services. Russell joined Accurate Courier Express in 2004 and has been responsible for day-to-day operations ever since. Russell has been named Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council Entrepreneur of the year twice (1996 & 2011).

Jennifer Tucker

VICE PRESIDENT
Another long-time member of the Accurate Logistics executive team (1994), Tucker's responsibilities include budgeting, asset management, HR and marketing. An alumnus of Virginia State University (BA and MA), Tucker is known as a "hands-on" leader that excels at employee motivation and customer service.

Cheryl Smith-Davis

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICE OPERATIONS
Another executive team member of Accurate Logistics since 1997, Smith-Davis is responsible for managing client delivery solutions for more than 400 clients as well as supervising integrations and technology. Smith-Davis has a Master's degree in Business Administration and is dedicated to the company’s overall success.
